Join us for our monthly wine tasting with Nat Saywell of R.P. Imports. Nat will present a variety of his favorite summer wines from Italy, Spain, and France, including a Pinot Grigio, an Albarino, a Bourgogne Blanc, a Bourgogne Rouge, a Super Tuscan, and a Cahors. FRENCH LIGHT SUMMER FARE

Just in time for summer's lighter eating, join local teaching-chef Pamela Pourreyron, who has more than 20 years of personal experience eating and cooking in France, as she shows us how to prepare a light summer meal. She will show us how to make a variety of viniagrettes for our fresh summer greens, a lovely fish tureen (soup), delicious home-made cheese, home-baked boule bread, and fresh fruit salad.
