Atlantic Coast Colombian Cooking Class with Janeth Tarpley

Hola, my name is Janeth del Rosario Chajin Perez de Tarpley.  I am from the Atlantic coast of Colombia.  I moved to Bath, Maine in 1982 and have been here ever since.  Cooking has been a passion and hobby for me all my life. I love learning about other cultures and countries and it begins with tasting their food.

The class will begin with Ajiaco (Colombian Chicken Soup) and Empanadas. Then we’ll move on to fresh coconut rice, Atlantic coast fish, and an avocado salad. The meal well end with refreshing tropical fruits.
