Eve’s Cidery is a small family farm producing naturally fermented ciders from their own organically-grown fruit and from wild-foraged apples and pears in the hills of Van Etten, located at the intersection of the Finger Lakes and the Northern Appalachian Plateau, traditional lands of the Cayuga Nation and Haudenosaunee Confederacy, in upstate New York.
These ciders come to Now You’re Cooking through Wicked Wines and we’re thrilled to have Marcarthur in our demonstration kitchen pouring cider samples of Eve’s fantastic representations of the terroir of the Finger Lakes.
Tastings at Now You’re Cooking are always free and open to the public 21+. We offer snacks and the tasting ciders will be on special discount during the event. No need to sign up in advance, just show up!
