Mexican with Señora Tarpley (FULL)

Hola, my name is Janeth del Rosario Chajin Perez de Tarpley.  I am from the Atlantic coast of Colombia.  I moved to Bath, Maine in 1982 and have been here ever since.  Cooking has been a passion and hobby for me all my life. I love learning about other cultures and countries and it begins with tasting their food.

This class will start with Guacamole, Pineapple & Mango Salsa & Chips. Then move on to Chicken Enchiladas with Green Tomatillo Sauce, Mexican Rice, and Mexican Beans. Finish with Flan!
