Tradition. The Passover Seder is all about traditions, thousands of years of tradition. But there’s nothing in the haggadah that says you need to have gefilte fish when you can have smoked trout! Come join us in the kitchen and learn about the traditional and non-traditional foods of the Passover Feast! You don’t have to be Jewish to enjoy!
In this class you will learn to make:
Whipped Smoked Trout
Salmon with Harissa Butter
Orange Almond Olive Oil Cake with Dark Chocolate Ganache
