Rachel Lemieux has been baking pies for 10 years. A couple of years ago she launched her Hankering Pie Company with plans to open her own shop sometime in the near future. Originally from Georgia, chess pie has been a must for all occasions.
Rachel will be showing you how to make a chess pie from start to finish, from making an all-butter pie crust to getting it into the oven. You will each have your own individual pie dough to roll out during class with assistance and helpful hints from Rachel. Let’s Bake!!
