During All Things Oyster, Jordi and John spoke about the current state of the industry, sustainability, and the science of growing oysters. They then wrapped up the event with questions from the audience while they explained their techniques for opening oysters. You can see them in action below!
20th Anniversary Lecture Series
As a part of our year-long 20th Anniversary celebrations chefs and food enthusiasts who are interested in expanding their knowledge are invited to monthly cooking-themed lectures led by local experts in their fields. Everyone who attends these lectures receives a $5 coupon (some restrictions apply) to be used the night of the lecture. These events are free but tickets are required because space is limited.
