Louisa’s Homemade Pizza Dough

2¼ teasp Instant Yeast (1 packet)
1½ teasp Sugar
1teasp Salt
2 T Olive Oil
¾ C Warm Water (about 105-115 degrees)
Directions
Combine 1 C flour, yeast, sugar and salt and stir together.
Add olive oil to water, and then stir into the flour.

Drizzle olive oil into another bowl. Place the ball of dough in it, coating it with the oil. Cover with plastic wrap and place in a warm location.
Allow to rise for about 30 minutes, or until doubled in size.
Preheat oven to 425.
Gently deflate the dough, and knead 3-5 times.
Use your hands or a rolling pin to roll out your pizza dough onto a piece of parchment paper.
Brush with oil and poke holes in the base with a fork.
Cover with sauce, cheese, and toppings.
Bake for 13-15 minutes.
