Cheers to fall cocktails and mocktails! We’ve invited co-owner of Vena’s Fizz House & Bitterest Man in the World, Steve Corman, to be our guest for this week’s demo.
Vena’s offers a wide variety of drinks for the whole family; from botanical-infused fizzes to mocktails and cocktails. Our bar section just welcomed the following Vena’s products: spirit infusions, bitters, and bitter-infused sugar cubes. We’re enjoying experimenting with the flavors and can’t wait for you to come in and check them out.
SWEET HEAT
Shake with ice, and pour all into low ball glass,
2 oz of tequila infused with Vena’s Sweet Heat Spirit Sipper (or Nipper)
.5 oz Royal Rose hot ginger-lime syrup
.75 oz squeezed lime juice
4 dashes Vena’s Fiesta bitters
Spritz of seltzer
Lime wedge garnish
SEA ROSE
Shake with ice, and pour all into low ball glass
2 oz of gin infused with Vena’s Sea Rose Spirit Sipper (or Nipper)
.5 oz Royal Rose rose syrup
.75 oz squeezed lime juice
4 dashes Vena’s Flowers bitters
1-1.5 oz seltzer
Lime wedge as garnish
SUMMER FIZZ MOCKTAIL
Build in an 8 oz glass
.5 oz Royal Rose rose syrup
.5 oz Royal Rose lavender-lemon syrup
.25 oz squeezed lime juice
3 dashes of Vena’s Maine Pine bitters
Fill with ice, add 6 oz of seltzer
