Making Energy Bites

A kid-friendly virtual cooking class! Vanessa and her helpers (her kids!) will lead us through the super simple steps to make these fun and healthy treats. The great thing about energy balls is that they use easy to find ingredients you may already have in your pantry and are also very accommodating to variations depending on what you have on hand instead. Grab the kids and join us on Thursday, May 14 at 4:30pm for this virtual cooking class via Facebook Live.
