1C Dry White Wine
2 cloves Garlic, minced
Gently simmer wine and garlic in a heavy duty pot until garlic is soft.
1 # Raclette Cheese, grated or cut into small pieces
Stir in and whisk until melted and mixed well.
½ C Flour Whisk in to thicken.
Salt, pepper, spices to taste (I added some nutmeg and maple pepper!)
Transfer to fondue pot and keep warm.
Serve with chunks of bread, apples, roasted potatoes or ham.
