sparkling wine bottles in snow

Redentore Prosecco NV (Refrontolo, Italy) | $19.99
Pop open this bottle as an aperitivo when you’re serving the charcuterie board. It’s an extra dry organic prosecco that has a nose of apple and pear, tight bubbles, and acidity on the finish that will cut right through the cheeses you’ll eat before dinner.

Lingot Martin Bugey-Cerdon NV (Bugey, France) | $26.99
Frothy, lightly sweet, and supremely fun, this irresistible sparkling Gamay is bottle-fermented and low in alcohol, so ideal for parties and brunches. It really is a party in a bottle and one of our favorites to bring as a host gift.

Le Mesnil Grand Cru Blanc de Blancs NV (Champagne, France) | $47.99
A new-to-us grower Champagne that we love to drink and recommend. Not only is this an extremely refined and delicate Champagne, but it is also an affordable Grand Cru, which means that it sits at the tippy top of the French wine designation status. So it follows extremely tightly controlled regulations for growing and harvesting which results in the finest Champagne. There’s a creamy, toasted brioche quality to this wine that makes it pair with a variety of foods, such as pork or salmon, but it could easily just be sipped on its own!

Bruno Michel Assemblée Extra Brut NV (Champagne, France) | $74.99
Son of the famous Champagne grower, José Michel, Bruno Michel created his own label in 1985 and converted the winery to be completely organic in 1998. The Assemblée is a blend of 80% Chardonnay and 20% Pinot Meunier, with 0g of dosage, and spends an incredible 7 years on the lees. Drink this wine at the stroke of Midnight with an oyster!
