4 bottles of wine on a step

The days are still warm and bright, but the sun is going down earlier and the ends of the leaves are starting to look autumn kissed. The temperature at dinnertime might require a sweater. Fall is upon us and we’re thinking about wines that complement the change in season (like this Moschofilero orange wine!). We’re bringing in a lot of new items and we can’t wait to show you! Troupis Hoof & Lur Moschofilero (Milia Tripoleos, Greece)  | $22.99
Wildy exotic and beautifully aromatic! Wild fermentation in terra cotta pots with the skins (making it an orange wine!) to deliver a gorgeous color. On the nose floral and intense with citrus fruit, white pepper, and powdered sugar.

Patrick Noël Menetou-Salon Rouge 2019 (Saint-Satur, France) | $25.99
Patrick Noël created this estate in 1988 and his daughter Julie has now begun to take over the winemaking and is proving herself to be a real rising star in the industry. Patrick Noël’s cellar was built within the 14th-century monastery vineyards of the Abbey of Saint-Satur and has a breathtaking view of the Loire Valley. A truly inspiring place to make and enjoy wine! This 2019 pinot noir is a little spicy, but very well balanced and pairs well with turkey and mild cheeses. A wine perfect for drinking with slightly heartier early fall meals such as a roast chicken with root vegetables.

Patrick Noël Menetou-Salon Blanc 2019 (Saint-Satur, France) | $25.99
A complex, but elegant and clean sauvignon blanc made a stone’s throw from Sancerre but without the usual hefty price tag that comes from that designation. This white would be excellent with paella, mussels, and fish.

Françoise Chidaine Sauvignon de Touraine (Touraine, France) | $16.99
In a region of great talent, Françoise Chidaine stands out. This wine is an incredible value from a master Loire winemaker. This is 100% Sauvignon Blanc that is dry, fruity with a floral nose and classic sweat pea, apple, and grapefruit flavors. Try with grilled fish, lobster, salads, or cheese.

Saperavi Guardians (Kakheti, Georgia) | $14.99
The creators of the Guardian wines are working hard to not only make delicious daily drinkers, but they also have a mission of education. Every bottle portrays a notable female in Georgian history and also some of the proceeds from each bottle are used to promote female winemakers in the country. This bottle depicts, Maia, who ran away from a corrupt baron, dressed as a man, stole from him and gave to the poor. A sort of Mulan mixed with Robin Hood. This Saperavi is juicy with cherry and raspberry and a green pepper spice. Very tasty with pizza and burgers.
